An example suggestion that was received previously: "Develop and maintain, in cooperation with all State agencies, a comprehensive, statewide five-year strategic facilities plan for maintenance, repair and replacement, renovation and new construction of vertical infrastructure. This plan should be updated annually and revised as necessary. State agencies should annually submit to a Board their goals and objectives regarding infrastructure maintenance and development."
